How can I cancel my order?

We will do our best to process order cancellations (and/or changes) but our ability to do so depends on if an associate can "catch" the order before it is sent to our warehouse floor. This is the point at which the box is packed and set aside for shipping along with the rest of the orders received in the past 24+ hours. Please e-mail us as soon as possible for a cancellation request so we can determine if we are still able to process the cancellation.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking number. You can use this number to track your orders progress on the courier's website. Additionally, you can log into your Peach & Lily account to view your order history and track the status of your current orders. Should you run into any issues with tracking your order, our customer service team is ready to assist you!

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to most countries around the world. However, shipping may be restricted in certain countries, so please check the available shipping destinations before placing an order.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we only accept PayPal for payments. You can securely pay through your PayPal account. Other payment methods will be available in the future.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our products are shipped from our fulfillment centers, and delivery times may vary based on your location. Typically, orders to the U.S. take around 7-15 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast shipping. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at [your email] within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your order has been processed or shipped, we won’t be able to make any changes.
